Addgene diagnostic digest on replacement
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BamHI and XbaI (separate digests).
We expected the following band sizes for these digests: linearization to approx 4.9kb. We see the expected pattern.
