Depositor Comments

This CDS was amplified using PCR from a full length cDNA template from the OSIIEa, OSIIEb, and OSJNEa thru OSJNEf full length cDNA libraries generated by the Guoliang Wang lab at Ohio State University. The PCR product omitted the stop codon. The PCR product was cloned into a Gateway pENTR/D entry vector.

Further information on this gene may be obtained at www.grassius.org using the Genbank number. (The second half of the plasmid name is the Genbank Number for the sequence of the insert)
