Addgene's diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
VVVVVV with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and NheI double
digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 4.3kb (for the full insert) and 4.0kb (for the vector). We see the expected pattern.
