Digest Results for plasmid 27362
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): XhoI, XhoI/XbaI, and XhoI/NdeI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: ~8.1kb for the single digest; ~2.4kb and ~5.7kb for the XhoI/NdeI double digest and ~7.9kb and ~0.3kb for the XhoI/XbaI double digest. We see the expected patterns.
