This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid #27296 with the enzymes Xho I and BamHI-HF / SalI-HF.
We expect the following results:
Xho I single digest: expect 1 band: 8.4kb
BamHI-HF/SalI-HF double digest: expect 2 bands: 6.4 and 2kb
