Depositor Comments

Note: Addgene's sequencing results indicate the presence of several nucleotide inserts (starting at bp# 2459, 2501 and 2516) when compared to the sequence provided by the depositing laboratory. The depositing scientist confirmed that our sequencing result is correct and the inserts do not affect the function of the plasmid.
