This is a single ORF (AgeI) Kozak-eGFP-CAAX-PTVI-2A-mCherry Sopt (ClaI).
AgeI and ClaI were added by PCR when generating the tg and those sites are not noted in the MCS of EF6V5.
Made as TOPO TA PCR cloning. Use SpeI/XbaI to validate insert in vector.
