This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLenti CMVtight Puro DEST (w768-1) with the following enzymes: XhoI and SalI-HF.
We expect a digest with XhoI to give bands at 5.5 and 3.9 kb.
We expect a digest with SalI to give bands at 7.8 and 1.6 kb.
We see the expected pattern.
