This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: NotI+HindIII double digest and NotI single digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5.5kb +8.1kb; 13.6kb. We see the expected pattern.
