Depositor Comments
Addgene identified an additional Thr on the C-terminal of the Rep protein compared to the author's sequence. This discrepancy was found in similar plasmids from this deposit. There is also a 1 bp DNA mutation (C2861T) in the tonB terminator. It is unknown whether these cause functional differences.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
