This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 25965 with EcoRI-HF and XbaI.
We expected and observed the following banding pattern:
EcoRI: 3 bands at 6233bp, 1686bp, (49bp- off gel)
XbaI: 1 band at 7968 bp
