This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme: EcoRI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: .8kb, 2.6kb, and 9.7kb (the 13bp band would run off the gel). We see the expected pattern.
