Depositor Comments
This plasmid is derived from a construct created by Rob Jensen's group. It encodes mitochondrially-targeted mCherry expressed from the constitutive ADH1 promoter. Cells containing this plasmid have bright red mitochondria with apparently normal morphology.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
