Depositor Comments
PCR from PCLP-2 clone G11H9-11b with primers (CS36 and CS38). Insert had NheI and BclI sites compatible with XbaI and BamHI in vector. Can NOT be excised.
The IgG1 tag was not confirmed in sequencing, but the lab has tested it functionally.
