(CCCCGGATCCCAACatggactacaacaagagatcttcgg) and PR512
(CGGTTAACGCGGCCGCttataaactataatgcgagatattgctaacg), and a lab vector, pCA-GAL80 as the
template. The PCR product was cloned using BamHI and NotI into pCDNA3.1-myc-
His-A.
A stop codon precedes the Myc and His tags.
