Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 24304 with NheI-HF and SalI-HF.
We observed the expected pattern of bands:
NheI-HF single digest: Linearized plasmid band ~8.2kb
NheI-HF / SalI-HF double digest: Bands at 6 and 2kb
