Depositor Comments
Mouse pol beta cDNA was cloned into pENTR-D (invitrogen). The mouse pol beta open reading frame was transferred from pENTRD-mPOL beta to a gateway modified pIRES-Puro plasmid via LR recombination reaction.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
