Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pcDNA TrkB with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF and XhoI. We observed the expected digest pattern:
BamHI digest: ~10kb
BamHI/XhoI digest: ~5.4 kb & 4.8 kb
