Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): XhoI, BamHI and XhoI+BamHI double digest.
XhoI linearized the plasmid at ~12kb; BamHI cuts the plasmid twice giving a ~5.3kb+7kb band; a double digest results in 7kb+3.7kb+1.6kb bands.
