This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: XhoI & ApaI (separate digests)
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5kb (linearization) with XhoI and bands of .5kb and 4.5kb with ApaI. We see the expected pattern.
