A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byGermàn Camargo Ortega and Didier Trono. Plasmids for lentivirus production (“pMD2.G” containing VSV-G, “pRSV-Rev” containing Rev, “pMDLg/pRRE” containing Gag and Pol, “pRRL.PPT.SF.KAEDECent1.PRE” containing Kaede-CETN1 and “pAdVAntage™”) were a gift from Germàn Camargo Ortega (ETH Zurich). For cloning of the transfer vector used in this study, Kaede-CETN1 was excised from the transfer vector “pRRL.PPT.SF.KAEDECent1.PRE” and inserted into “pRRL.hPGK.GP91” (a gift from Didier Trono, Addgene #30477) under control of the hPGK1 promoter and in exchange for GP91.
