This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BamHI and KpnI (both HF versions).
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5.9kb, 5.4kb, and 1.7kb.. We see the expected pattern.
