• Purpose:

  Donor vector libraries for CRISPR/Cas9-mediated saturation genome editing of TP53 exons 5–8. Each library includes all single nucleotide substitutions and additional missense, nonsense, and synonymous variants requiring 2 or 3 nucleotide changes, single-nucleotide insertions, 1–3 bp deletions for each TP53 exon 5 through 8, and 12 flanking intronic nucleotides.
