Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: EcoRI, PstI, AhdI, SmaI.
We expected band sizes for this digest: AhdI (bands at 2,627bp, 1,439 bp, 1,144 bp, and 911 bp) SmaI (bands at 3,716 bp, 1,243 bp, and 1,140 bp) EcoRI (bands at 3,551 bp, 1,270 bp, 712 bp, 531 bp) PstI (bands at 4654bp 1087bp, 366bp). We do not see the expected pattern.
