Depositor Comments
Derived from US0 pyrF-/hisB- (Scot Wolfe, Addgene #12614). This strain has a deletion in both the hisB and pyrF genes (the bacterial homologs of HIS3 and URA3) and it contains a F' episome bearing the lacl^q repressor. This strain is also has a deletion in tnaA gene and does not produce indole, verified by Kovac's Reagent.
