Depositor Comments
pHisrKr2 was constructed to express a part of rKr2 as a histidine-tagged recombinant protein in E. coli for antibody production. This rKr2 DNA fragment encodes amino acids 48-211 of the protein.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
