Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BamHI/NotI and SalI/NotI
We see the following band sizes for this digest: ~1.5 + ~2.7kb for BamHI/NotI and ~2kb + ~2.5kb for SalI/NotI.
Please note that H2B-DsRed runs at a higher molecular weight than it is supposed to (~ 2kb instead of ~1 kb) on an agarose gel.
