Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extended ladder and a digestion of the plasmid FUtdTW with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and SacI-HF.
Expected Bands:
EcoRI-HF - 10.6 kb
SacI-HF - 5.4 kb, 5 kb, & 0.2 kb
EcoRI-HF/ SacI-HF - 5 kb, 4.2 kb, 1.2 kb, & 0.2 kb
These results show the expected pattern. Please note that we were not able to resolve the 0.2 kb band on the 2% gel.
