This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: SalI and SalI/SnaBI
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: ~7.5kb for linearization with SalI, then 1.5kb and 5kb bands for the double. We see the expected pattern.
