GAL1 promoter, GFP silencing construct and CYC1 terminator fragment was cloned out of pYES2.1 and into pRS403.

Please note that Addgene's sequencing result differs from the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing laboratory by a single nucleotide mismatch at bp# 2910. This difference is not known to affect plasmid function.
