peCALWY-4 Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid peCALWY-4 with the following enzymes: NheI-HF and NotI-HF. We expect the following results.
NheI-HF 1 band at 6 kb.
NheI-HF/NotI-HF, 2 bands at 4kb and 2 kb.
We see the expected pattern.
