This FAPoptim integration plasmid was constructed by subcloning the FAPoptim sequence into the pFA6a-KANMX4 plasmid described in (Goldstein and McCusker, 1999). The resulting plasmid can be used for C-terminal tagging of endogenous protiens using the PCR-based integration strategy described in (Longtine et al., 1998).
