Depositor Comments
GenBank: MW627296.1 (part of the insert). To make pNLS-VP16-NIR-Fb(718), VP16 was amplified from a pQP-T2A plasmid (Addgene #102583) and inserted into a pcDNA3.1 plasmid, containing the 15 aa-long linker (Gly3SerGly4SerGly3SerGly2) (Addgene #184684) using KpnI/BamHI restriction enzymes, and NIR-Fb(718) was inserted using NotI/XbaI restriction enzymes. A nuclear localization signal (NLS) was added to VP16-NIR-Fb(718) fusion by PCR amplification.
