Depositor Comments

This plasmid can be integrated into the p230p locus for Plasmodium yoelii (and likely also Plasmodium berghei). The TurboID/GFPmut2 fusion protein is expressed via a PbEF1alpha promoter to create an unfused control protein that is expressed in a cytosolic diffuse manner. This is used as a negative control for TurboID proximity proteomics for proteins that are found in the cytosol.
