Depositor Comments
To make pAAV-G12-hFGF1, hFGF1 was amplified from pDONR223_FGF1_WT, a gift from Jesse Boehm, William Hahn, and David Root (Addgene plasmid #81825). Subsequently, the amplified hFGF1 was swapped with AkaLuc in pAAV-G12-AkaLuc using AgeI and EcoRI restriction enzymes.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
