Depositor Comments

To make pAAV-G12-mTGFB1, mTGFB1 was amplified from AAV-hRedOpsin-TGFB1, a gift from Connie Cepko (Addgene plasmid #164427). Following amplification, mTGFB1 was swapped with AkaLuc in pAAV-G12-AkaLuc using AgeI and EcoRI restriction enzymes.
