Depositor Comments
To make a pAAV-G12-AkaLuc plasmid, the fragment encoding AkaLuc was amplified from pAAV-TRE-Tight2-AkaLuc (Addgene #186186) and swapped with CheRiff-T2AmCherry in pAAV-G12-CheRiff-T2A-mCherry (Addgene #170275) using BamHI and EcoRI restriction sites.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
