Depositor Comments

To make pAAV-CMVd1-NLS-GAL4(1-65)-iLight-VP16, an additional NheI restriction site was introduced upstream of the CaMKII promoter in the partiall modified pAAV-CaMKII-GAL4-iLight-VP16 plasmid (Addgene #170274). Subsequently, the CaMKII promoter was replaced with CMVd1 using NheI restriction sites.
