Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and three seperate digestions of the plasmid with the following enzymes: SacII, EcoRI, SalI. Two different Addgene stocks were tested.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest:
SacII--linearization (3.4kb)
EcoRI--2.2kb and 1.2 kb
SalI--linearization (3.4kb)
The SacII digestion was not complete, but otherwise we see the expected pattern.
