Also expresses Idi1 and a mutant Erg20 (F96W, N127W) from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Idi1, Erg20(F96W, N127W), and GES are targeted to the peroxisome with ePTS1. This plasmid also expresses a cytosolic, WT Erg20 synthetic homodimer in which two WT versions of the Erg20 gene are combined onto one transcript with a 6x serine-glycine linker. Integrated into the URA3 locus.
