Depositor Comments
Addgene sequencing results show small insertion in the MCS, upstream of EcoRI site. ORF is not affected. This insert is one of a few discrepancies between Addgene's quality control sequence and the sequence provided by the Ron lab. These discrepancies should not affect the function of the plasmid, but they have changed some of the restriction sites in the MCS. Please proceed cautiously when doing diagnostic digests or subcloning.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
