Depositor Comments
There are several sequence discrepancies between depositor's sequence and Addgene sequence in the 5' UTR. The 5'UTR in the plasmid is from a W303-derived strain, and the SGD used S288C strain for genome sequencing, so the mismatches could be SNPs. This plasmid is functional and these mismatches do not affect the ORF.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
