This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): BamHI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 4.9kb and 1.7kb. We see the expected pattern (assuming the uppermost band in the digest lane is single cut plasmid, which should run at about 6.7kb.
