Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: SphI/BglII double digest and SphI/EcoRI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: ~5.7 + 1.9kb bands for the SphI/BglII digest and ~4.8+2.7kb bands for the SphI/EcoRI digest. We see the expected pattern.
