Depositor Comments

Contains the amdS2 mRuby3 fusion reporter in the multicloning site of pSDMA57 which is a modified pBluescript II -SK backbone vector. The vector is designed integration into the Cryptococcus neoformans genome via homologous recombination with the Safe Haven site. This construct contains the native C. neoformans GAL7 promoter upstream of the fusion reporter.
