Depositor Comments
Contains the amdS2 mRuby3 fusion reporter in the multicloning site of pSDMA57 which is a modified pBluescript II -SK backbone vector. The vector is designed integration into the Cryptococcus neoformans genome via homologous recombination with the Safe Haven site. This construct lacks a promoter, instead has a unique 8 bp SwaI endonuclease restriction site to allow for easy 'drop-in' of desired sequence upstream of the fusion reporter.
