Growth instructionsParp1-c009 needs 2 mM 3-amino benzamide inhibitor at all steps in the growth media and on plates. Bacteria will grow more slowly in the presence of inhibitor and will need more time for growth. Good mixing and aeration is important for growth in liquid cultures.
