This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: ClaI and SacII (double digest).
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 3kb & 6.5kb. We see the expected pattern, accounting for some single cut plasmid running at approx. 9.5kb.
