EGFP driven by ubiquitous PGK promoter. PL-SIN lentiviral vector (Buzina et al., PLoS Genetics, 2008) requires Tat cDNA for lentivirus production, as well as other packaging cDNAs (Gag/pol, Rev, and VSV-G).
