Depositor Comments
Tong DNA #94. The DNA is a HinDIII fragment of mouse Axin2 (nucleotides 1-2397) in pBluescript-KS. The antisense and sense Axin2 riboprobes were made by linearizing this plasmid with NotI or SalI and transcribing with T3 or T7 RNA polymerase, respectively. List of DNAs says " ~2 kb DIII fragment of Axin2 (1-2397) in pBS-KS”.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
